I called on a Monday and was quoted a minimum charge of $140 for time and distance, plus parts, for fixing two existing garage doors. The following day, Dan and Harley called en route and arrived within 1/2 hour, ready to trouble-shoot. They listened to my goals of having the doors be properly aligned, operating smoothly, and closing snugly to ensure an optimal fit before I added insulating strips. They got to work quickly, oiling all the moving parts, tweaking and adjusting fasteners here and there, and when those measures unexpectedly created a new problem, did some final tweaking with great results! Guess what? Backing out of the garage with the garage door closed isn't a good idea. You know what is a good idea? Calling Champion to help you solve the problem. They were at our house within an hour. They went to a lot of effort to get us a replacement door that exactly matched the other two undamaged existing garage doors. The installation crew was fast and efficient and didn't leave a scrap of debris or mess behind. Would I recommend Champion? Absolutely! Would I use them again?
